Team Dade converted and upgraded an existing freezer space to allow for both freezing and cooling of product. Team Dade also demolished the existing cooler dock, rebuilt a new larger dock for the facility, built a new office and upgraded and modified rack systems and cooler doors.

Team Dade designed and constructed North Americas largest Pressurized Ripening Facility in Los Angeles, CA. The facility consisted of Ripening and Pre-Cooling Rooms with the capacity to hold 84 truck loads of product.

In 2 phases, Team Dade designed and constructed a total of 12, 20-pallet Pressurized Banana Ripening Rooms for Chiquita's facility in Gulfport, MS.

Team Dade has wored with DiMare Companies since the 1970's providing Design and Construction services for Distribution and Ripening Centers across the nation. Total work has included over 400,000 SF of Distribution and Packing Centers and over 500 loads of Tomato Ripening Capacity. Team Dade is currently providing Design-Construction work for a new 110,000 SF State-of-the-Art Produce Distribution and Packing Facility in Houston, TX.
