Team Dade converted and upgraded an existing freezer space to allow for both freezing and cooling of product. Team Dade also demolished the existing cooler dock, rebuilt a new larger dock for the facility, built a new office and upgraded and modified rack systems and cooler doors.

Team Dade designed and constructed 10, 32-pallet Pressurized Avocado Ripening Rooms with Rapid Cooling capabilities.

Team Dade demolished 3 existing ripening rooms and constructed 4 new 20-pallet Pressurized Avocado Ripening Rooms with Rapid Cool capabilities. In addition, Team Dade constructed a new processing cooler and a large Rapid Cool Cooler.

Team Dade designed and constructed one of the largest ripening facilities in the United States. Team Dade installed 50 Pressurized Ripening Rooms in Coast Tropical's Los Angeles facility. The 50 rooms consist of 4 dual temperature, 28-pallet rooms, 24 single temperature 30-pallet rooms and 22 dual temperature 42-pallet rooms.

In 2 phases, Team Dade designed and constructed a total of 12, 20-pallet Pressurized Banana Ripening Rooms for Chiquita's facility in Gulfport, MS.
