Team Dade designed and constructed a new state-of-the-art Rapid Cool Facility for imported grapes. The facility utilizes air pressure differentials for optimum rapid cooling.
West Pak Avocado
Team Dade demolished 3 existing ripening rooms and constructed 4 new 20-pallet Pressurized Avocado Ripening Rooms with Rapid Cool capabilities. In addition, Team Dade constructed a new processing cooler and a large Rapid Cool Cooler.
