Quality Ripening and Cooling is achieved with State-of-the-Art DASERCO Brand Control Systems by Dade Service Corporation.

• EASY TO USE touch screen control panels allow for  simple and convenient control of rooms. One panel can control all rooms.


• TOTAL CONTROL and FULL AUTOMATION over Ripening, Cooling, Heating, Gassing, Humidifying, Venting and Fan Motor operation.  All functions are controlled from Panel. Automated Ripening and Cooling Recipes are provided.


• REMOTE ACCESS available via the internet. Password protected software can be accessed remotely through an internet connection to allow for control and viewing of room progress at all times from any location.


• ALARM FEATURES include Audio and Visual Alarms for High and Low temperatures with automatic shutdown of room fans to prevent overheating of product.  Alarms for fan motors monitor the amp draw of fan motors with alarms sent if an error occurs.  Alarm output for an existing alarm company to tie into the system and monitor the room alarms.


• HIGH ACCURACY SENSORS are included in room design to monitor all Ripening and Cooling progress.  Temperature and humidity sensors are standard in rooms to ensure for proper function of all rooms.


• CUSTOMIZED SYSTEMS to meet each customer’s individual needs.


• ICONICS SOFTWARE PACKAGE is optional and provides a second user interface to the Control Panel allowing for logging of historical data of room temperatures
